Bruce King
Bruce King is CEO of Helmer Scientific, a growing Noblesville, Indiana manufacturer and distributor of biological storage and processing equipment for hospital blood banks and clinical labs worldwide. He currently serves as Chairman of the Community Health Network board of directors and is a member of the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP) board. He previously served on multiple boards and committees within the central Indiana community including Joy’s House, Horizons at St. Richards, Community Visionary Enterprises, Inc., and The Indianapolis Sailing Club, and has volunteered in Guatemala and Rwanda in support of nonprofit development projects. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Purdue, his early career was spent in Industrial and Mechanical engineering, operations management, and new product development. Bruce later obtained an MBA and Masters in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and was a 2008 Hoosier Fellow at the Randall Tobias Center for Leadership Excellence.
