I wanted to share this recording of a presentation given alongside Natasha Mazur, who was instrumental in growing the unique approach we take with our Generosity Programs. The video briefly describes how we approach our philanthropic efforts at Helmer which we are extremely proud of within the Helmer Community and wish to share with other organizations. The presentation took place at the Super Service Challenge Celebration Event, a unique enabler of entrepreneurial giving.

As a growing mid-sized medical and lab equipment company serving health care and research, we share many of the same challenges of all businesses our size: the need to focus relentlessly on shifting markets and regulations, competitive stresses, quality, and cash flow. We endeavor to apply the same thoughtfulness and urgency to how we give and volunteer that we apply toward pursuit of success in our core business. We do this because our passion is driving transformative changes in the lives and livelihoods of our people and those we serve. Finding opportunities that fit, and engaging the potential of our employees to lead these efforts, has facilitated both action and change. As mentioned in the presentation, we love to share and learn from other organizations. If you have interest in these concepts, please reach out to us by completing the available form below.
