Making Service Simple: Changing Alarm Settings

Regular maintenance of your Helmer product doesn’t have to be difficult. Our How-To video series provides step-by-step instruction for several routine maintenance tasks.  Follow along as one of our qualified service technicians guides you through these detailed procedures.

The fifth and sixth videos in our How-To series outline the steps for changing the alarm settings on your i.Series® or Horizon Series™ unit. Helmer equipment comes preprogrammed with an industry default value for alarm setpoints. Changing an alarm setpoint may be necessary to ensure the proper temperature is maintained for stored product. It is important to note the alarm setpoint values do not control the temperature of the device.
