The Ultra-Low Freezers were designed from the inside out to provide optimum performance and protection. They include a cascade refrigeration system which has been designed to optimize and protect the compressor, providing more energy efficiency. The cabinet was designed with a unique Heat Barrier
System that keeps heat out, resulting in better temperature uniformity and less frosting. The freezers are controlled and monitored by the exclusive i.C3® Information Hub which places critical freezer information at your fingertips on a large, 7”, color touchscreen.
In addition to the design elements, Helmer has paid special attention to how the freezers are manufactured. The use of advanced technologies helps to ensure that quality results are achieved with every build. Heather Barry, Product Manager, commented, “ We have applied many advanced manufacturing techniques to the manufacturing process including an extended water elimination process that ensures that water is eliminated from the refrigeration system and that foreign particles are eliminated.”
