Our How-To video series provides step-by-step instruction for several routine maintenance tasks.  Follow along as one of our qualified service technicians guides you through these detailed procedures. The fifth and sixth videos in our How-To series outline the steps for changing the alarm settings on your i.Series® or Horizon Series™ unit. Helmer equipment comes preprogrammed with an industry default value for alarm setpoints. Changing an alarm setpoint may be necessary to ensure the proper temperature is maintained for stored product.
