The probe bottle in your Helmer freezer or refrigerator contains a product simulation solution which helps replicate the temperature of the products being stored within the unit. The number and location of probe bottles varies by model. In order to maintain a true representation of product temperature, probe bottles should be properly filled and monitored regularly to ensure a sufficient solution level.

Our third and fourth videos in this How-To video series will take you through the process for correctly filling a probe bottle with the proper amount of solution to provide accurate temperature readings. Additional information and instruction can be found in your product Service and Maintenance Manual.
